| Description of the problem | The takata airbag recall is approximately 4 years old now and mercedes has refused to do anything about it. And i live in a high risk area of south florida. I get a letter per year form mercedes stating they are looking into it. I have called the local dealer many times. Each time i contact mercedes they reply they are looking into it and have no information. Friends with fords chevys and almost any other car brands got loaner cars and then their vehicle repaired. Mercedes is ignoring the issue, should be fined very heavily, and made to fix their cars immediately. Please let me know how and what i can do including if i can sue |
